Morgan Evans serves as Corporate Counsel at Reszi A real estate and business transactional lawyer with nearly 21 years of experience, Mr. Evans has handled and overseen all aspects of real estate transactions from acquisitions, development, dispositions, leasing and financing.

Mr. Evans’ experience includes real estate product types ranging from commercial and industrial, to multi-unit and single family residential. Mr. Evans received his undergraduate degree from the University of California, Irvine, and his Juris Doctorate from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law.

Mr. Evans enjoys spending his free time traveling with his wife and their children. He also enjoys surfing and reading.
