Pet Policy
We know pets are special to the family and can make a house a home. At Reszi our homes provide spaces where you and your pets can spread out or spend a little bonding time on the couch. Your furry companions will surely adore your Reszi home, outdoor space, and local surroundings. Below are some helpful tips to our pet policy.
The pet fee is $500 and non-refundable. Each pet in the household is $40 a month per pet. Please note that certain HOA’s have limitations on the number and types of pets permitted, therefore please identify in your application the number of pets you have, and if you have a dog, cat, or other.
Please also note that certain breed restrictions apply. All pets are subject to approval and must conform to applicable CCRs and Homeowners’ Association Rules.
