At Reszi we are proud to provide quality rental homes in some of America’s fastest growing cities. Review our realtor guidelines below for the steps required to earn a realtor commission:
- Contact us through an MLS Link to schedule a tour for your Client
- Register as an agent with Reszi through Rently
- Tour your clients through a Reszi home and look through our website for all available options
- Assist your client in completing our Rental application with you referenced as their agent
- Provide a copy of your W-9 and contact information to our leasing department
- Verify and sign the commission form that will be emailed to you after the lease is signed
- Receive your commission payment 30 days after the Reszident moves in
- Grow your personal business and brand using Reszi’s inventory and competitive commissions to find your clients the right home every time
