As our way of saying thank you, we waive all application fees for active-duty service members, veterans, and first responders to help make your transition home a little easier.

Who Qualifies for This Discount?

Reszi is proud to offer this program across all markets. The military member discount applies to both active-duty members, as well as retired veterans. To qualify, military members and first responders will provide proof during the application process. Reszi will accept the following items as proof:

  • Military ID
  • DD214
  • LES statement
  • Veteran ID card
  • Driver’s License with Veteran Designation
  • Identification Badge

What Is the Timeline for This Program?

Available across the country with every Reszi home, the program turnaround is fast. Within 30 days of moving in, Reszi will credit back the application fee to a military member/first responder. We encourage anyone interested in the program to reach out to our Customer Service team for more information.
