At Reszi we care about the fraud that is taking place in the rental industry. In order to decrease fraud we no longer issue codes for the digital locks automatically. We have a Reszi Leasing agent that will receive your notification that you want to self- tour and call you direct. No robot, no scammer, but a friendly trained team member ready to help find your next home.
Additionally, please see below for some helpful tips on how to avoid scams while searching for your next home.
WE ONLY ISSUE ACCESS CODES
Our leasing agents are the only ones that can provide the digital access code for the locks. We obtain your information when you request a tour and then a Reszi Leasing agent will contact you to provide the code. No codes are given out automatically.
WEBSITE PRICING IS ACCURATE
All our rental homes are advertised on our company website. If you are questioning the information on an ad located on another website, verify it with a Reszi Leasing agent. Reszi does not advertise on Craigs List, Facebook Market Place, Lease by Owner, Low income county websites.
ONLINE APPLICATIONS ONLY
Rental applications can only be submitted for review online at www.reszi.com. We do not accept paper or emailed applications.
E-SIGNATURE LEASES
All lease agreements from Reszi will be emailed to you from our authorized Aptly account.
SECURITY DEPOSITS
Once a rental application has been approved, a Reszi Leasing Agent will reach out to discuss your security deposit payment via our online the Reszident portal. Never write a security deposit out to an individual person, never Zelle or Venmo a security deposit.
REPORT FRAUD
Report suspicious activity by contacting our team. You can do so by calling our main leasing line and fraud phone line at (214) 281-4646 or by emailing leasing@reszi.com. You can flag these sites and we will report it too.
