Andrew Swartz is the Founder and CEO of SBI Investments, a Dallas-based firm with allocations across private equity, private credit, real estate, and technology. SBI has a long operating history in the single-family residential space. Between 1996 and 2013 they acquired, managed and sold over 10,000 homes across five primary states. From 2005-2008 they were the largest buyer of HUD single-family residential properties in Texas.

Andrew formerly served as Chief Investment Officer at J. Cleo Thompson Investments and as President of Investments at Henry Investment Group, both Texas-based single-family offices. Andrew’s board service includes Legacy Knight (multi-family office/wealth management), HalBar Partners (member of a global search fund syndicate), Balerion Space Ventures (launch technology), CapturePoint (carbon sequestration), System Beauty (e-commerce fulfillment provider), McMahon Contracting (heavy infrastructure construction), TruEnergy (utility brokerage), and Briarcliffe Credit Partners (private credit placement agent).
